Converting
Sheeting
We have 2 sheeters one at 54" (1,372mm) wide and one at 61" (1,550mm) wide. These machines are optimized for versatility in set-up and the ability to cut a diverse range of materials. We have a lot of experience sheeting films, laminates, and pressure sensitive materials. We are not in the high speed paper sheeting business.
Trimming
We have 2 guillotine cutters, both with computer control for increased accuracy and productivity. Common sizes that we run are: letter, A4, legal, A3, 9X12", 4X6", 13X19", but we can cut almost any size.
Slitting
We have 7 slitters that allow us to slit a wide variety of materials, roll sizes, and widths. We currently cut 1/4" tape rolls up to trimmed 72" wide release film rolls. We are skilled in the manufacture of narrow slit (0.75" to 2") film release liner rolls, both pancake and traverse wound.
Small Roll Winding
We have special equipment that is designed to make small diameter rolls up to 61" wide. This machinery is typically used to make small business machine paper rolls, short length over-laminating film rolls, and wide format imaging rolls.
