Sheeting
Rayven has 2 sheeters: 54" (1,372mm) wide and the other at 61" (1,550mm) wide. These machines are optimized for versatility in set up and the ability to cut a diverse range of materials. Rayven has the experience sheeting films, laminates, and pressure sensitive materials. However, we are not in the high speed paper sheeting business.

Trimming
Rayven has 2 guillotine cutters, both with computer control for increased accuracy and productivity. Common sizes that we run are: letter, A4, legal, A3, 9 by 12", 4 by 6", and 13 by 19", but Rayven is capable of cutting almost any size.

Slitting
Rayven has 7 slitters that allow us to slit a wide variety of materials, roll sizes, and widths. Rayven currently cuts from 1/4" tape rolls up to trimmed 72" wide release film rolls.
Rayven is skilled in the manufacture of narrow slit (0.75" to 2") film release liner rolls, both pancake and traverse wound.

Small Roll Winding
Rayven has the special equipment that is designed to make small diameter rolls up to 61" wide. This machinery is typically used to make small business machine paper rolls, short length over-laminating film rolls, and wide format imaging rolls.
