Rayven’s innovative “Perfect Spool” increase productivity and reduce production costs by carrying as much as ten times more material than traditional pancake rolls.
Constantly delivering solutions that fill a need for its customers, the traverse-winded spools significantly contribute to the bottom-line of Rayven’s customers. Running material from a Rayven “Perfect Spool” instead of a traditional pancake roll reduces production costs during the manufacturing process due to less frequent roll changes. This means increased productivity and less down time.

The traverse-winded spools handle 3- or 6-inch cores and product width in the range of .075"-2" material. The finished "Perfect Spool" can be up to 9'wide and have an OD of 24".
