Rayven's ReproFilm Product Information
ReproFilm is a time and labor saving product for architects, engineers and graphic designers. This unique self adhesive film can be imaged on with a copier or laser printer. The image can then be cut out and applied to most paper and film surfaces.
ReproFilm consists of a thin top film made from coated polyester film. The film is extremely tough considering its thinness. The top coating is specially formulated to allow the toner from the copier or laser printer to adhere. You can also draw on the surface with pen or pencil.
There are versions of ReproFilm with gloss clear top film, clear matte(frosted) top film and gloss white film.
The thin top film has a coating of pressure sensitive adhesive on the back. The result is a very thin clear or matte-clear sticker. Rayven’s unique adhesive is designed to allow initial repositioning, yet will become permanent in a less than an hour. This adhesive is a high-shear type that will resist oozing from the sheet in the copier.
ReproFilm can be supplied with a polyester film release liner or a paper release liner.
The polyester release film product offers good versatility and offers a stabile curl free sheet.
The paper release liner version offers good heat stability in hot copiers and laser printers, but is not as curl stabile.
300 Series - Matte ReproFilm
Clear polyester adhesive film with a frosted matte surface. This product will almost disappear when applied to most non-gloss papers. Rayven offers two different products in the 300 series.

Clear polyester adhesive film with a glossy surface. This product will almost disappear when applied to most glossy papers.

• 500 Series - White ReproFilm
White polyester adhesive film with a glossy surface. This product is a premium white film label product. It is often used to apply instructions or wiring diagrams to machine cabinets.

• Inkjet ReproFilm
Thin polyester adhesive film with a glossy or matte inkjet printable surface. Its often used for indoor signs and assembling large size graphics. It can also be used to apply instructions or wiring diagrams to industrial machine cabinets. Rayven Inc.offers three different products in the inkjet series.
