Rayven is far from the largest coating company in the country. What makes Rayven special is the variety of services that we offer our customers.
We can coat a vast variety of substrates using numerous techniques. We can toll coat, supply complete turn-key solutions, or any combination in between. With four coating lines we can be an economical volume producer, yet our minimum quantities are much lower than "the big guys".
We offer complete converting services. We can slit thick or thin, wide or narrow. Our sheeting department is very flexible. We are locked into only a few standard sheet sizes.
After the product is coated and converted Rayven has many packaging options to offer. We can box it, bag it, or wrap it for retail consumption. On the industrial side we can pack rolls large or small. Our engineers can create a packaging design for your product or we can follow our customers existing specification.
