Toll Coating
We can perform custom coating, sometimes referred to as toll coating, to our customer's specifications. This can be in a number of different configurations.
Customer Supplied Substrates
In this case we can supply one of our standard surface, adhesive, silicone, or release coatings to the customers substrate. The substrate can be almost any roll wound web such as film, paper, foil, fabric, wood veneer, etc. Do to the niche emphasis in the inkjet printing market; we do a large amount of toll coating inkjet receptive coatings onto our customers unique substrates.
Customer Supplied Coatings
We can source a substrate and apply your coating to it. This situation usually occurs when a customer has developed a unique coating and does not have the production tools or capacity to run it.
Customer Supplies All Materials
This is fairly self explanatory. We will do the coating work to the customers specifications using their materials.>
Limitations
Our limitations are mainly in the areas of width and thickness, and minimum order quantities. In addition there are some solvent coatings that we are not permitted to run in high volumes. Please consult our Sales Team for details and/or pricing.
